Raab Adit

Slate was mined in the Raab adit in Zálužná for only 15 years, from 1873 to 1888. Mining was stopped because numerous accidents occurred during this short period, resulting in 6 fatalities. Since 2018, the 100 m long gallery - as the first slate gallery in the Czech Republic - has been open to visitors on guided tours during the summer months.
