This museum, in one of the northern suburbs of Athens, was established by the public utility responsible for telecommunications in Greece, and opened in 1990. It has a large collection of artefacts, including telegrams, telecards, telephones, telephone directories, as well as copious photographic and documentary records of the development of the industry in Greece. The museum has good research facilities, organises regional exhibitions throughout Greece, and participates in international conferences concerned with the history of telecommunications.
