Danish Industrial Museum

Horsens is a city with long commercial and industrial traditions. The Museum was opened in 1977 in the municipal power station building of 1906. Displays including steam engines, printing, brewing and tobacco-working machines, all displayed in the context of their social environment. Two workers’ apartments are preserved in situ, adjacent to the main building, and are appropriately furnished.
