PJSC "North Mining and Processing Plant" Open Air Museum of Mining Equipment

It is truly a paradise for technology lovers: Every object has a sign with description of its purpose. The open-air Museum of Mining Equipment is located near the House of culture of the PJSC "North Mining and Processing Plant".

Every piece has a sign with description of its purpose. The first thing to notice is a huge yellow arm which was removed from an excavator and restored. Next to it there is a freight wagon (dumpcart) 2ВС-105 with the capacity to carry 105 tons. After 20 years of work at Kryvyi Rih mines, a mining electric locomotive K-10 was installed in the skansen. Then visitors see a big yellow bulldozer Т-330, which is equipped with a special instrument for frozen or hard earth picking. Next there is a dump truck BelAZ 7540. The information sign next to it describes that this truck has made near 94000 loads and has carried 850000 sq.m. of rock. Then there are a belt conveyer and a single-spiral classifier КС1-12х65. Its purpose is to separate crashed ore by size in upward water flows.
