Hat Museum Esperaza

Hat museum on the edge of the Pyrenees in France. The 300 m² museum shows the history of the hat industry in Espéraza, which provided work for around 2000 people in over 20 factories at the time of industrialisation. The museum focuses on both the social history of labour in the town and the history of technology through numerous machines. In a separate section, the museum displays a large number of hats from the 19th and 20th centuries.
